General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Shocks Willow With the Truth About Drew—Wedding Day Bombshell!
Willow’s world is about to be shattered as the secrets surrounding her fiancé, Drew, finally come to light. For as long as she can remember, Willow has believed with all her heart that Drew is a good, kind, and caring man. She trusts him completely, seeing him as someone who would do anything to make her happy. Despite warnings from friends and family—who have witnessed a much darker side of Drew—Willow has remained steadfast in her devotion, refusing to see the truth.
But everything changes in the dramatic July 22 episode. Dr. Portia, who has been patient for far too long, finally reaches her breaking point. Unable to stay silent any longer, she confronts Willow and reveals a devastating truth: Scout’s father is not the man Willow believes him to be. Portia exposes Drew’s shocking scheme, revealing that he forced her to falsify Michael’s medical records, making him appear to be an addict.

Even after hearing this bombshell, Willow continues to defend Drew. She insists that he only did those things to help her win custody of Wiley and Amelia, seeming immune to the mounting evidence against him. No matter how serious or justified the warnings, Willow refuses to believe anything negative about the man she loves.
The drama doesn’t end there. In the following episode, Curtis decides it’s time for Willow to learn another secret: her fiancé’s hidden relationship with Nina. Curtis plans to confront the bride-to-be, but everyone expects Willow to stand by Drew once again, dismissing Curtis’s accusations just as she did before.
Meanwhile, in a tense preview for the week, viewers see Nina struggling with anger and frustration. She confides in Ava that she can no longer keep quiet. The burden of secrecy has become too heavy, and Nina feels compelled to finally tell the truth, no matter the consequences. She is determined to put an end to all the lies, even if it means exposing her own secret connection to Drew before Willow says “I do.”
Nina’s decision to speak out is monumental. Her words carry weight and could deeply influence Willow’s feelings and choices. Learning the truth about her mother’s relationship with Drew might finally make Willow question the man she’s about to marry—and reconsider her future with him. Although Nina knows that her confession could permanently damage her relationship with her daughter, she believes that telling the truth is the only way to protect Willow from making a terrible mistake.
